During this current pandemic crisis, Disability Rights New Jersey continues to handle issues regarding employment and advocates for individuals with disabilities, who need accommodations, and who face employment discrimination.  Although the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Commission for the Blind are currently not physically open, Disability Rights New Jersey will continue to advocate for individuals with disabilities who are eligible for these services and need assistance.

For individuals who receive Social Security benefits, Disability Rights New Jersey is providing information regarding rights to additional benefits and services they may receive from the federal government.  We will also be providing information and advice to individuals with disabilities who may have lost their job and need assistance with how to obtain governmental benefits.
